A living calendar of the seventy-two sacred frequencies
Twelve Hebrew months, six Names each, five days apiece. Day ranges are of the Hebrew month; the dates beside them are this year’s equivalents.
All seventy-two Names, in the order they emerge from the verses. Touch any Name to open it.
These are not names in the conventional sense. They are frequencies.
Within the Book of Exodus are three consecutive verses describing the moment before the sea split. Each verse contains exactly seventy-two Hebrew letters.
For centuries, Kabbalists understood that these verses held a hidden spiritual technology. When the letters are arranged according to a specific sequence, seventy-two three-letter combinations emerge.
These combinations became known as the 72 Names of God. Yet they are not words to pronounce, not prayers, not magical formulas. They are frequencies — spiritual energies, pathways of consciousness. Each one opens a different aspect of transformation available to the human soul.
The purpose of scanning a Name is not intellectual understanding. The purpose is connection.
Just as music affects us even when we do not understand musical theory, sacred letters can affect consciousness even when the analytical mind does not follow. Scanning invites the mind to soften and allows the soul to engage. The process is less about thinking and more about receiving.
The wheel follows the Hebrew calendar, not the Gregorian one. Each Hebrew month carries the energy of one sign — Nisan is Aries, Iyar is Taurus, on through Adar and Pisces — and each month holds six Names.
The day of the Hebrew month decides which. Days 1–5 belong to the first Name, 6–10 to the second, and so on to the sixth. Because Hebrew months run 29 or 30 days, the sixth Name holds the remainder. In a leap year, when Adar comes twice, both months carry the Names of Pisces.
Since the Hebrew day begins at sunset, the Name turns over in the evening — the page follows the daytime date.
Meet each Name three ways: read what it carries, take up the Soul Assignment it asks of you, and repeat its affirmation until the words become yours.
Every five days the wheel turns to a new Name, following the Hebrew calendar. Each one brings a teaching, a Soul Assignment, and an affirmation to carry with you.
